Something not right? We exchange it. Here are the details.

Exchanges

You can exchange any item within 3 days of delivery, as long as:

  • the item is unused
  • it has all of its original packaging and accessories
  • you have your order number

Message us on WhatsApp at +961 71 791 928, tell us what happened, and we will arrange the swap.

Returns

If something arrives broken or wrong, we replace it or refund it in full, and you pay nothing for delivery. Tell us within 3 days of delivery and send us a photo.

If you simply changed your mind and the item is fine, the delivery cost is on you.

What we cannot exchange

  • Personal care items once opened
  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons
  • Anything with visible use or damage

Warranty

Electronics carry a 6 month warranty against manufacturing faults. The warranty covers failure, not physical damage or water.
