How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is $3 anywhere in Lebanon, and free on orders over $100. Orders arrive in 1 to 3 working days.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, paid to the driver when your order arrives, or a Whish transfer with 5% off the products.
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in Lebanon: Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, Akkar, Bekaa, Baalbek-Hermel, South Lebanon, Nabatieh. If your area is not in the list, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.
I want to exchange something. What do I do?
You can exchange within 3 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp at +961 71 791 928 and we will arrange it.
Is there a warranty on electronics?
Most electronics carry a 6 month warranty against manufacturing faults. The exact cover is listed in the details table on each product page.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You give your name, phone number and address, and that is it. The number is used only to confirm the order and deliver it.
How do I track my order?
From the order tracking page. Enter your phone number and your order number (for example CP-1001) and you will see where it is.
Are prices in dollars or lira?
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is cash on delivery.
