What we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect
When you order: your name, phone number, governorate and city, address, and any notes you write. We collect these because we cannot deliver without them.
When you browse: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand which pages work. If you decline, neither is loaded at all.
What we do not collect: we do not ask you to create an account, we do not store card numbers (there is no card payment), and we do not collect anything that is not needed to fulfil your order.
Why we use it
- To confirm your order and deliver it
- To reach you if there is a problem with the order
- To understand which pages work (only with your consent)
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third party advertising beyond what is listed below.
Who else sees it
- Supabase (database and image storage)
- Vercel (site hosting and server logs)
- Cloudflare (the domain, and an encrypted nightly backup of the store's data)
- Resend (order notification email, when enabled)
- Meta (Facebook Pixel and Conversions API, only after you consent)
- Google (Google Analytics 4, only after you consent)
- WhatsApp / Meta (when you message us on WhatsApp)
The consent based tools (Meta and Google) never run if you decline cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for accounting and customer service. If you want your information deleted, email clickandpicklb@gmail.com or message WhatsApp +961 71 791 928 and we will delete it, other than anything we are legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we will act on it.
Cookies
- Necessary: your cart and language choice. These stay on your device only.
- Measurement: Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. These only run after you accept, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies.
Artificial intelligence
We do not use AI to make any decision about your order or your information.
